Now it's become strange:

Black's move 36 has a + where there shouldn't be one, and White's move 37 is missing one.

First guess is that the recent fix for those other notation problems broke the check check.

Will look at those as well. My guess is that they are a different problem, probably were always there but nobody paid enough attention.
