Tewald has completed an additional 36 games while I was completing my first. Yet I am confident that I will get to 2000 before tewald.
P.S. I only play 10d/a. I do all my analysis in my head. Care to play me?

Are you talking about 2000 games or a rating of 2000? You might notice the direction I've gone since hitting the 1000 mark; it hasn't been up.  OTOH, if you want to play...

Both - Quantity then Quality. Or should I say quality via quantity. As of 1:53 am NYC time you have completed 1040 (are you inspired by the IRS) and I have completed 17. I will have to complete 2.1 games for each game you complete. My tactics are too weak to achive a rating of 2000 while doing all the analysis in my head. Once I have completed 2000 games, or I have a comfortable lead, I will drop my games in progress count to 20, take out chess set, play like a postal player and reach a rating of 2000. I read in announcements that a few months ago miguel changed the rating sub routine. Should he change the rating subroutine again I am excused from my claim that I will reach 2000 before you. In that case my claim is modified to I will rise my rating above yours.
This "Trash Talk" is offered in the spirit of fun. Tewald seems like a great guy.
Tewald - I wont play you till I have a lead for that is counter to my goal. Obviously if we were to start 960 games against each other I would lose my bet. I am counting on my games being quicker and more numerous than yours
