I had been under the impression that after completing 26 games on Queen Alice, you got a normal rating instead of a provisional one. However, I have now completed 27 games and am still provisional. While this is not a problem, I found it to be a little odd. Anyone have ideas as to why I'm still provisional?

Doug, what makes you believe you are still provisional? To me your rating appears as an established one (that is, without the 'p' after it).

You have played two non rated games.
27 games - 2 non rated games = 25 rated games, then you start with the normal rating.
