It's happened to me too once, I could see my opponent's notes, I then deleted them, but I wonder whether it resulted in him not being able to see them anymore. I don't remember what game it was, I think I've written a post somewhere about it already.

Got 6 days to move so I'll leave it for now in case that helps you find the problem, I did make 1 move since I first saw it, and he made one move back. Move 21 is when I first saw it. I believe he just added the note as it has to do with the move I had just done.
