There's a bug in the forum code: posts made between noon and 1pm (such as this one, in my time zone, at least) are marked as having been made at, say, ``00:27PM'' instead of ``12:27PM''.

If there is a preference about it, I would like to have hours from 0h to 24h instead of "am" and "pm". Like 1:00 PM = 13:00 h

I've a slight preference for the 24-hour clock, too. (Partly because of the feeling that ``05:00 PM'' is incorrect because 05:00 is in the 24-hour clock and can only mean 5AM, while ``5:00'' could be either AM or PM so needs to be identified as such.)
