I think the proper punishment for those/that hooligan would be to force them to waste their time on tedious minipulation of meaningless arithmetic.

It looks like he has time enough aknightout.
Very strange! He exeeded the time-limits in all his games, although he was online 29 december 23:27 hrs.
I hope, he is not angry with me! %-)
