I see over 7 pages of open games. Some players, like dida and YouLoseSorry, have 1-2 pages of open games with rating/time settings nobody wants.

This means other players with open games must wait a long time to get opponents. Also, if I want to join an open game I must look at 7 pages.

I suggest:

1. Limit on how many open games a player can have. (5 or 10 is good)

2. If nobody joins an open game for a long time, make it "expire" and delete it from the list. This is often because the rating/time settings are unreasonable.

3. If a player has many open games with same settings, don't list them all. Show them one time with the number of open games.

4. New option to only see open games you can join (with the green tick) or with certain limits. So if there are 1000 open games I can search for the ones I want to join.

I support this! I dislike the second option, but I agree with the others - I'd change something on the third one: DON'T LET players open games with the same configuration. Just open one game and, when it's accepted, open another one if you want to. This is used in some other sites, and I believe it works pretty fine...

I think players should be allowed to post as many open games as they want. kaypoh's suggestions 2-4 are excellent, especially the fourth.

I think Miguel did something to fix this. Now I see only 2 pages of open games!
