I have seven players on my ignore list, The reason is that I believe they are using computers. If I play in a tournament can one of these players that I have on ignore also play? Tks.....TD

I believe it's impossible to avoid this. Just imagine you and one of these seven go to the finals, the only options would be the tournament enter a suspension state until someone resigns, or an automatic draw. None of these would be acceptable.

I think capmo is right, if you don`t want to play certain persons, you should not enter the same tournament. But reading another topic from powerslave, I believe it is for persons on your ignore list even possible to accept your open challenge games! Of course, if they do, you can delete your open challenge game.
The only thing they cannot do is, challenge you to a game, directly, and they cannot send you any messages.

I just remember, that this already happened to me. I only have got one person on my ignore list, and I played against him, while he was already on my list, for a second round in a AUTO-OPEN tournament. So, there is defenitly no way to avoid playing those players, unless resigning without making a move! (which you probably dont like to do!)

Thanks all for your replies. I think you're right, it's not possible to bar someone from playing in a tournament just because he's on some other players ignore list. Thanks again. By the way if you're wondering how I know if someone is using a computer I don't know it's just intuition. Some moves just look like computer moves. If I have mistakenly placed someone on ignore I'm sorry, but you're staying there until you assure me you're not using a computer...Tks TD
