In AUTO-INT-536 Tournament http://www.queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=2896 I won 9 of 10 games. Evasion won 8 of 10 games. In tie-brake, his averaged score is higher. Why?

It's the average score of his opponents (per game, by the looks of it). Because he scored fewer points in his rounds of the tournament, his opponents scored more. The idea is that this means his opponents were stronger but it seems more sensible to use averaged ratings for that...

Ok! Thanks David. This rule is horrible when there are few games (<30)! But, rules are rules. :-D
