I don't use to remind my opponent his move anyway. It is his/her obligation to look for his/her game. When it is time to claim the win I just claim it by time forfeit.

I see no reason for a reminder, they already get a reminder by e-mail that it is their turn to move. Never told a table top opponent "your move now" or "hey your flag is about to fall" or "so what if the flag fell, go ahead and keep playing anyway". The time limit is part of the game.
