Being new here I was looking for teams but couldn't find them. Am I correct that there are no teams, just curious. Another question: are the ratings calculated on ELO- or Glicko-basis?

By the way, Glicko is just a refinement of Elo.

Less refinement but an overall improvement of ELO. No further details as everybody can join Glicko's description of his two systems (Glicko1+2)in the net.Just this: ELO doesn't give a reliable value of a player's strength, Glicko1 does and Glicko 2 even more.

No, really. Glicko is a refinement of Elo that, instead of using a constant k-factor, uses a k that depends on an estimation of the accuracy of the player's rating.
