It will also be considered a draw if the players stay only with the king and the opponent can not give mate in the next 50 throws.

WHYBISH quoted a book that imposes the consequences of expired time on both players. This seems odd to me. I am a tournament director of over the board tournaments. I can't imagine imposing a ruling on both players. IF both players claim a game is drawn, Then I record it v as a draw.
I Suppose if suspected s9me sort of collusion, I might counter their draw claim.
