Hey do we lose rating sometimes when we win?

I saw someone lose rating for winning a higher rating opponent and want to know if it is a bug.

I have never seen sometinhg similar.

Should be a bug. If you play a very much lower opponent you might not get points but shouldn't lose them.

Yes it is a bug. The game is between tk(Pakistan) and KMFK(USA). tk won by time expired but yet his rating decreased from 790 to 723.

Sorry...there were 2 games between them. In the first game, tk's rating increased from 790 to 904. In the second game, his rating decreased from 790 to 723. Wasn't the rating supposed to be increased (or decreased?) from 904 instead of 790 in the second game?
