Once you hit the magic 25 rated games, how long does it take to get an "official" rating? Thanks.

I could just delete the question, but thought others might wonder, too. I just finished my 26th game, and the system removed the "p" when it changed my rating. So I guess it's on the 26th the "p" disappears.

Right, you get an official rating when you complete your game number 26.

Tom,

Great achievement, completing 25 games! ;-)

Miguel, are the 26 games counted in the order they ae begun or is it the first 26 games finished? I mean, some members have dozens of games on the go and could slow right down in order to get a high established rating, only resigning 'dead' games when their rating is established and protected. Methinks it should be the first 26 games begun.

popcorn,

The system counts games completed in the 25 game rule, not games started.

It would be very difficult and confusing to implement it as you say. Intentional stalling can happen, but to a certain point, since all games have timeouts anyway.

Miguel
