In the game which ClivetheBeard showed, Raul2008 would win automatically after 30 days as it is his opponent's turn;in order to keep the tournament running. I think.

As it happens, in that particular tournament, it won't make any difference to qualification, but in principle zero-zero looks like the right result. I once played in an OTB tournament where both players got defaulted bcause neither of them submitted a legible score sheet!
