I've had this happen to me with Firefox too, it's a display problem, pushing F5 (to refresh) normally fixes it, if it doesn't try clearing your cache and restarting your browser.
Sometimes Javascript makes it happen where it can't retrieve the images fast enough (when you're clicking next move etc...)

That's nothing. I've studied boards without Kings! 
It's particularly annoying when even the tiny image icon doesn't appear.

The bug is only whith Firefox; in the Internet Explorer no have problem.

ya it's not a bug with the server, it's more then likely a problem in FF, but like I said it can be fixed easily.
