I should agree with you, But I think that there's no rule for "draw accepted". This is a good point.

I am in the tournmanet, but my opponent has yet to make a move. When I look at the board it says "Time Exhausted". Can my opponent still move (I'm happy to wait another day or two)... or should I just "Claim Game"?
