Strange notation. I'm not entirely sure what that means.

Solution:
White plays 1. Ne7+ which forks Black's King and Rook. Black, of course, must deal with the check to his King.
Note that Black's Queen is defending the Rook on c8 so that if he plays 1...Qxe7 then White can follow up with 2. Qxc8+ capturing the undefended Rook and winning the exchange (Rook for Knight).
