I have been engaged in a game with a player named ORNELAS. This game has been a draw for the last 10 moves or so. I had no problem with this until now. We both only have kings and he has still declined a draw and continues to play on. Is there any way of the administrator to force a draw in this situation when there is NO possibilty for either side to win? It is like he is waiting for me to let the time expire out of frustration. Or resign on the same reasoning. This is a waste of time and I belive unsportsmanlike. waiting for response. Krazyking

Miguel was forced to make it a draw. Atleast 3 draw attempts were made.

Why ask miguel ? this should be an automatic draw.
