Miguel,
I'm having some PC problems and as I still have a couple of games in progress, I decided to use some Vacation Time to help me. I have 4 days remaining in both games for my next move and so I added a further 7 days. In one game, the system tells me I now have 8 days remaining (this is only 4 extra), whilst for the other it says: "Time Exhausted". What has happened?

I will look into that and let you know.

Do you remember when your opponent moved last on that game? Because looking in the database I see that the last move happened on July 31st, is that correct? If that is correct then your time is correctly expired by now.
But I suspect there is something else going on, because I have another similar report from other member. Do you remember when was the last move on that game made?
Thanks,
Miguel

Yes, I believe that date is correct.
On 5 August I had 2 days and 4 days remaining respectively in my games. This is when I added 7 days Vacation Time. The system then showed 9 days and 11 days, which was correct.
On 12 August, after realizing I would not solve my PC problems for a while longer, I returned to add more Vacation Time. But to my surprise, the system was displaying 7 days for my first game! (Unless I'm mistaken, I'm quite sure this was 7 days in both games.)
Whilst this puzzled me I concluded that there was a reason for it, and that for the moment I simply didn't fully understand how Vacation Time worked.
Then today (15 August), I attempted to add the extra 7 days (my first post).

Ok, I didn't get the part about adding vacation time while you are on vacation, that is probably what isn't working correctly.
I will correct that as soon as I can.

No. Sorry, I should have made that clearer. I never tried to add VT onto existing VT until today. When I came to add it on 12 August, I saw that I didn't need to because of the 7 days remaining...
