I don't know for the others, but I don't understand your question.

in fact is not easy.. or my english is not good enough.. :-(
anyway.. when the time for one player run out.. I mean when the day he has for move run out, finish, there is the possibility to take the win.
The icon for that is an allarm clock.
If you don't take the win but you just let that game be on that way of tim run out (and of course the player does't connect or move anylonger) after some time the game is automaticly archivied with no rating variation.

So.. my question is.. how long is this time?
After how many days a match runned out of time (left there giving the chance to the player to come back and move) is automaticly archived with no rating variation?

And second question...
is happening in a tounament where i'm playing that a player doesn't connect anymore and all his game runned out of time.
One player of the tournament took the win.
Me, instead, am waiting for hir return.
But if he doesn't return what will happen?
Will I have the gave drawn?
Will the game be archived and deleted?
I wonder because the player who took the win, got the point. If I wait and then at the end loose the point... nah good!
So better know how long I can wait and what happen in case he doesn't come back.

I hope I've been more clear..
Thank you (everybody) for answering.

I'm not sure, but I think expired games of 30 days are automatically flagged (as in you'd be given the win automatically on the basis that your opponent's clock has run out).

Moreover, I think it's actually 15 days in tournament situations.

However, I actually have no clue where I read these numbers, and so I'd be careful before believing what I'm saying without having someone backing me up first ;-)

I can tell you that in case of automaticly flag the game is archieved with no rating variation.
I did let a game run out of time after an opposit player disappeared.
In fact I don't like to take the match.. I'm not so mad at rating. If a player doesn't connect anymore I think he will have his reason. If he play again is better, anyway.. no problem.
But in a tournament situation there're differences between take or not take the game, expecially if other players of tournaments took the win..
Thank you anywway and thanks to other information may follow.
