Yes. Blacks kingside is weak (pieces are evacuated and not easily deployed. Particularly weak are the dark squares on his kingside since the dark bishop is on the other side of the board. Black is also behind in development and has to chose whether to play Kf8 putting him further behind and locking the king on the weak side, or maybe g6 further weakening the dark kingside squares and opening up access to the king. Bf4 is also coming, gaining a potential further tempo. If black does play Kf8 then white can probably castle long making blacks bishop on a7 misplaced, and use the kingside pawns for an assault. Blacks lag in development would hinder any counterplay on the qside.
