I kind of dont like 1.f4 because it weakness king position, dutch is even more dubious for me because you are black and have move less.I think that after 1.f4 black strongest reply is 1...e5 and if 2.fe5: d6 to take advantage of weakened king.So after 1.f4 e5 your best shoot is to enter King`s Gambit by 2.e4 :-)

The hardest setup against 1d4 (for me at least) has actually been d5,c5,nf6,nc6, g6, Bg7,Be6 (obviously not in that order ;-) )
Against 1 ..e5
I started off playing fxe5 d6 exd6 Bxd6 Nf6 and maybe it's OK for a defensive genius, but black has all the fun in the opening. I won and lost some interesting games like this, and it seemed that black must be careful not to overstate the missing f-pawn.
I then did some reading and switched to fxe5 d6 Nf6 and although this is supposed to be more solid I couldn't actually figure out how in practice.
So now I play 2e4. as you suggest, but it is a completely different game to what the 1f4 intends. There is a ton of stuff to know about the kings gambit, and there seems to be little similarity between positions. I'm actually considering going back to one of the other two approaches, but I haven't hit 1 ..e5 much lately.
