I can´t see the option "Organize a Tournament"... I know that it appears at "My Games" page, at the right side, above the Legend... somebody can explain to my why? I have 25 completed games, and I already tried to change the number of the simultaneous games to a high number (50 or more). But It still don´t words. I need some help. Thank you, Bruno.

You're still provisional.
Although the rules say you have to complete 25 [rated] games (rated isn't even mentioned), I suspect it's really 26. I'm at 25 rated completed games too (27 overall), and I'm still provisional.
