Hi, I'm playing a game against julioisdi, and the game reached a draw position ba perpetual check. My opponent just told-me that he will keep playing forever. How can I act against this kind of attitude??? Is there any way of getting the draw or I'll have to keep playing forever???

Repeat the same position 3 times then a draw checkbox will appear for you. You haven't repeated yet since your king has moved to different squares.

Three more things:
There is also the 50-moves rule, but that may require a little patience. Just don't tell your opponent or he might move a pawn.
Offer another draw after every move you make. If he's going to be stubborn. You have every right to as well!
Meanwhile, always make your move on the last moment before your time's up: a very wearying tactic. But it gets the hope for a expiration claim up everytime. After many such disappointments, your opponent might settle for a draw after all.
