Is it allowed on this site for a player to make moves once they have raised their vacation flag? I know another site will allow you to declare a win if a player is showing on vacation and makes a move during that time. I don't want a cheap win but if you raise your vacation flag.....Don't move!

You're allowed to play even while you're on vacation. This is addressed on the page called "About This Site", section "Vacation Time":
| Players that are on vacation are allowed to connect to the site and make moves if they wish so. |
