Click on the alarm clock that says claim game. This can be seen in the my games page.

I've tried that but nothing happens. Do I have to highlight the game first in any way?

No, it needs to be the one attatched to the game itself, on the My Games page. You will then get the opportunity of sending a gentle move reminder, but you can also choose to claim.
