Are there any restrictions for joining private tournaments? Like games' amount, and so on?

Not that I know of, but I'm often getting tournament invites by email, but not getting a chance to accept them before the tournament starts. (I live in a non euro/american timezone).

I mean, there are no SIGN UP buttons to chose when listing private tournaments...

I think you're supposed to get invited in private tournaments to be able to join.

Call me an idiot but I think the clue would be in the word Private.
