If I entered a tournament is it possible that a player in my Ignored List could be included? If yes how could I withdraw?

Yes someone on your ignored list can enter the same tournament as you . You can withdraw from the tournament before it starts by clicking on 'withdraw from tournament ' on the participants page . You can't withdraw after it has started other than to resign all of your games .
