Am I new here in the QA and the rule would like what knowledge for the change of hating?
I lost my first departure for a player with hating much bigger than mine and kept 1100 points.
Then I defeated another player with punctuation bigger than mine and nothing altered in my points.
Another player against whom I was playing lost for time and I did not receive points and not even I had the option to demand victory in the departure.
What to do to increase my points to be able to face stronger players and to be able to improve my level of play?

Você como provisório e com 1100 pontos derrotou um jogador que tem uma pontuação superior a 400 pontos que a sua. Assim sendo você permanece com a mesma pontuação e ele também por você ser provisório com menos de 25 partidas.
Regra especial: se o oponente tiver mais de 400 pontos de diferença para mais ou para menos, a pontuação não será afetada, independentemente do resultado. (copiado)
