Topic: Keep getting "You cannot play this game." message

Hi,
I'm relatively new to this site. Often when I try to join a game I get the above message. Eventually I'm able to join a game though. Why do I get this message?

Look at the rating for the game. Do you qualify?

Funny. I keep getting that message, too. Only it's in my own voice. "You cannot play this game." Often followed by "dummy".
