The electronic cigarette arrived this morning. I'll try it out tonight. If you hear a loud explosion, I may not return.

I'm sorry I missed part of the discussion (actually, don't remember and don't want to look back), but does it have nicotine in it? I mean, what does it do exactly? (What's its purpose?)

E-cigarette cartridges typically do contain nicotine and content ranges from high to low. But one can also purchase nicotine-free cartridges.

It's now one day since I began using the e-cigarette and I'm feeling better already. I haven't yet moved over to it completely but my daily roll-ups are down in number from forty or so, to fifteen.
My breathing seems a lot easier. I was a little dizzy; but then I'm probably getting more oxygen!
