Topic: Time exhausted - What happen if he doesn't claim?

In this game -- http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=715091 -- we have a situation that (it seems) both players nevermore logged in at Queen Alice.
The time exhausted and the white didn't claim the game yet.
What happen if the white never claim the game? We need wait (maybe for eternity) for one player to login and make your move (black case) or claim the game (white case)?
And let's suppose that both players abandoned Queen Alice... Would the AUTO-INT-1580 Tournament be suspended or, after some time, could we consider a draw?

February, 9th and February 16th.

That's odd. I thought it was just over four weeks.
