Is there a way to follow games of another player? For example, I'd like to watch the 1.f3 2.Kf2 battle between gamelover and void. Can I configure things so this game can be one click away when I log in?

None yet but you could add void or gamelover to your buddy list. Then you can click on Buddly list under HOME, click on their user name and find the game from their games list link to the right when at their personal information page.
It would be a very nice feature to have a Follow Game menu item under HOME so you could get to such games in as little as 2 clicks.
