Tournaments must be claimed automatically,when the time is exhausted(0:00). Someone agrees???

In a Match,if the two players abandon QA(Queen Alice) and no one claims the game,it will be automatically canceled after 30 days of inactivity.This will affect the tournament and the other players.Everything will be harmed.
Em uma partida,se os 2 jogadores abandonarem QA(Queen Alice) e ninguém reivindica o jogo,ele será automaticamente cancelado após 30 dias de inatividade.Prejudicará tudo mesmo.

I agree with this...
Once the game expires, neither player is able move anymore as the system won't allow them too??
So why not just automatically claim the game??
