I do not have the option of proposals draw on the board!

Yes you do! But only on your own turn and not after you have already moved. If you want to offer a draw, you must left-click the button first, then enter your move. In over the board chess, it usually works the other way around, with your move perhaps emphasising the uselessness of fighting on.
Also note that the system does keep track of the possibility to claim a draw after the third repeat or fiftieth move rules become effective. If the big button with the handshake logo appears, you end the game by pressing it. If you enter a move, the system assumes that you did not claim the draw(or accept it if offered).
