Topic: about teams tournaments

hello, i was thinking about make a team tournament, but i have lot of questions ...If there's some who have ever do this, i'm interested about the way they did it. I was thinking about make some teams with one person per rank ( begginner, advanced, master...) and after each game the one in the rank above (+1, supérieur) analyse and post the game to upgrade the skill of players (except elites but they really need it?:)). This way it would need some motivated players to spend time for others (even if it could be good for anyone to analyse and exchange points of views) and it will be difficult to make a private tournament but more by challenging players. What do you think about it, and any ideas?
