I think that's an excellent idea. Many users do this themselves anyway and it would be much easier to have the site do it.

Don't think so, Razoman. Only shows a graph of recent ratings. Low rating wouldn't have much meaning, since we all have to start pretty low...We could note our own highest rating in our comments about ourselves. It probably wouldn't be hard to create a new spot on our home pages here that shows highest rating, but it might be rough to go back to calculate it. It should be easier if it had the caveat of highest rating starting in 2011 perhaps...

It's very simple data processing to go through the games and note the highest rating reached by each player. That initializes the statistic. Then, each time a games finishes, check if either player's rating is now higher than their peak. If so, update the peak.
