I would like to have a column in the rating list, that shows the average opponents ratings upon the players rating is based on. Based on the fact that it seems that one will gain at least one rating point for a win doesnt matter how much less the opponents rating was, it is hard to figure out who the good players really are. The rating list isnt much more then a starting point, because players are able to get high ratings by
playing against weak players most. So the list is a mess of good players and those who are only investing tons of hours by playing against weak players and accumulating point by point (whatever the get from this in the long term). Might be difficult to change the root of the problem, the one point gain of such wins (its like changing rules in a running race), but one can think of a new column in the rating list that reflects the real strength of players that are playing against players at their level most. Because of the missing tournament statistic at this site, it seems to be the only method to motivate good players for hitting certain rating levels, without getting "beaten" by the "others".

I would like a column to calculate the real elo of players. I would like to see the real elo system.

While our ratings are reported as an integer. I wish that the computer maintained our rating to the thousandths place. If a player defeats a player a few thousand points lower his rating would only go up a few thousandths.
