I was hoping to trigger an investigation by the appropriate 'authority' but, if you insist, then I accuse KARPOVBR and BOBWINNER of being the same person. If I am wrong I will leave the site.

See, it wasn't so hard ... and please don't leave the site if you are wrong. There is nothing wrong with bringing up odd situations and stating an opinion. Imagine what would happen if everyone looked the other way. If there is a proper explanation later, you can just apologize.
In this particular case, I think there is not near enough evidence to take it further. There is a very good chance that these two are friends. The other games look normal so it is a small number of games that are questionable and there is no significant repeating behavior that should cause greater concern.

I hadn't thought of them being friends, which probably explains their vacation times coinciding last week.

Suspicions such as these should be sent in a private message to the administrator (Miguel) rather than aired in public. That protects you from any possible revenge and also protects the people you're accusing, should it turn out that you're mistaken.
