How i can create a new private tournament (Swiss system)?
How i can add me to a created private tournament? I can't add me... Is it possible?

You create a tournament by going to "My Games" and clicking the "Organize a tournament" link in the box "Not enough games? Would you like to..." on the right-hand side.
As I recall, you're automatically added as a player in your own tournament. You can only join somebody else's tournament if you're invited.
