H i ev'ryone,
where can i find the rules of the QA Anniv.?
for example.. why the players decrease going on with the tournaments cicle?

It's a Swiss-system tournament. In each new round, people are paired with other players with about the same score, except that you'll never play the same person twice. As far as possible, colours alternate. Full details here:

If you lose a game on time, you get kicked out of the tournament, which is why the number of players goes down.

It is possible to lose every game and finish in the top half. (top half of those who started the tournament)
