Hi people! I need help with the tournament AUTO-BEG-458 - Round 1.there are some players who have left their games queenalice and have not yet finished. there any referee or someone who can write off items? For this problem the tournament progresses

Well, there seem to be two games still being played in your own group! I believe the third game remaining which has already timed out would be automatically closed 30 days after the time out. However, one of the players has not 'left' Queen Alice so you can always send him a message asking him to claim the game.
