I think there is some mention of this in the forums (or perhaps the 50-move draw). I don't think the code checks for this type of draw. You can ask Miguel directly to make sure and then just agree with your partner to draw the game.

Thanks for the reply Blutigeroo, this game is not mine, it is part of one of the games of the tournament I'm participating, in my group I am already ranked, just missing this game and one that is already on the end to go to next round .

Sorry, didn't notice that. The other game will likely take a while longer but after that you can just send a message to one or both of those players to let them know they are needlessly holding up the tournament. I'd send it now in case they don't know.
