Hello!

I have found the following bug:

In the "My Stats" page, it says that there are currently 11 games in progress, but I have none, as can be seen in the "My Games page".

You have 11 canceled games. I would guess that they have not been processed by the system yet. How long ago were they canceled? The start dates are quite a while ago! Especially for the first seven. I'm curious how you managed to canceled games that were well underway!

Those could be the ones, I'm not sure. I have many more cancelled games, but much older (more than 1 year).
The last 4 games were cancelled about 2 months ago.
The system cancelled them automatically, when my opponent didn't move for more than a set number of days (30, I think).

Thanks for the suggestion.

That is quite strange. When your opponent didn't move for 7 days, he should have lost those games. The "unrated" status looked odd too but I guess that just means that there is no rating adjustment after a canceled game.

It does look like a bug. Your friend has the same 11 games lingering yet the four were more recently canceled! In his case the 11 games are the most recent on his list so I have a feeling they won't clear until his next result. It's his fault! :-D

You're right, I haven't looked at cioini's profile. Your theory is plausible.

About the auto-cancellation, the games were a long time there, with the "claim victory" button active, and I just left them alone. After a month or so, they were suddenly cancelled. This has happened more than once, so I think it's a feature of Queen Alice's.

I'm going to try now to challenge cioini to a new match, and see what happens.

Later: no, it didn't work. Now we're both playing 12 games. Oh well... :)

Sorry, I meant the next result ... try starting a game and drawing. As your friend hasn't logged in a few months, perhaps he won't pick up the game. You can always check with Miguel. It will be easy for him to clear this log jam.

Sorry again, you are correct that the game is canceled if the prospective winner does not claim the game on time. I had jumped to the conclusion that you did not have a chance to claim the game but I see now that you didn't want to (understandable).
