Really?? I should have read the rules more thoroughly.

That may not be the case here, whyBish. It could be a special case of timing out.

Winterbottom, you may still be in the tournament and even if you are about to be dropped, Miguel can put you back in if you explain it too him. I think he probably would if your game timed out while you still had vacation time scheduled.

However, keep in mind that if your game timed out because all your vacation time ran out, then it is just the ordinary time out case. Then you would indeed be dropped from the tournament. I have been unable to find any stipulation about using vacation time while active in the anniversary tournament which makes me think that you have run out of time. Are you showing any vacation days remaining on the "Schedule Vacation" page?

Vacation works the same for QA Anniversary games as for any other as far as I can see. As a result, yes, the tournament takes forever to complete. One detail that I noticed just recently is that when you go on vacation and have a game whose time is expired, the time to move on that game is not reset to the full vacation time. Instead it is set to the vacation time minus the amount of time that the game has been in the expired state. So a game like this could expire while you are still on vacation. But Winterbottom has said that this was not the case, so it sounds like a system failure to me.
