Unlikely, in this case — the address is of the form username-queenalice@domain, which would require the guessing of two dictionary words, an initial and the hyphen. Also, username-anything_else@domain would also be delivered to me and I've not received any spam of that form.

Richerby, if you use that e-mail ONLY for QueenAlice site whitelist quenalice domain, and create a rule to move to trash evereything else.
