Are you talking about your game against BomberNepal? It looks like you had more than a 400 point advantage over him; maybe that was just too much to affect your rating.

Provisional ratings (ones based on 25 or fewer games) aren't updated if your opponent is rated more than 400 points above or below you. This is incorrect but, in general, you shouldn't expect to gain rating points for beating somebody whose rating is much lower than yours.
