i just offered a draw in a game and when i click on it i see white to move with no mention of a draw offer anywhere. another game i want to offer a draw but not sure whether i offered a draw earlier and offering twice would be rude. should be able to see if i just made a draw offer or if a draw offer was rejected earlier in the game.

You could nake a note of declined draw offers in your Private Notes box. Also, I don't think it is rude to make more than one draw offer provided the position has altered.

I have an opponent who has a dead-drawn position, and yet keeps moving the pieces around. Any way of making him accept the draw?
