I can't see the portuguese special chars correctly displayed on the "personal information" fields over the past week. I didn't change my browser configuration.

When occurred the last server change, the files was not preserved, changing all UTF-8 character to ISO-8859-1, I believe from what i've seen.

The same thing happen to me, for instance with "years" in Spanish (años). It appears as años.
Probably, Miguel knows the answer.

Not even a word about this yet. Any chance to get this fixed in the future? Sorry, if I'm asking too much, this site is the best I've ever seen even with this minor issues.

Yes, I am aware of that. It is a problem with stuff that is already on the database, new text that you write now works.
When I moved the database to the new server I exported everything to text files, and even though I could swear I selected UTF-8 as the encoding something went wrong and the special characters were lost.
I'm writing a little script that will go through all the text fields in the database and correct the problem, fortunately it isn't difficult to find the bad characters so they can all be recovered.
